  • Focuses on breaking down unconscious beliefs and ego identities that hinder emotional well-being.
  • Addresses self-sabotaging tendencies that may prevent you from experiencing positive emotions.
  • Targets past traumas that keep you emotionally frozen, allowing for healing and emotional release.
  • Facilitates the removal of emotional blockages to allow joy and well-being to flow through you.

Step 4 : Boost Fab-Mood Molecules

To enhance mood through lifestyle and nutritional changes that promote the production of mood-enhancing chemicals in the brain.

Step 5 : Plug into Fab-Mood

Objective: To help you tap into positive mood states by accessing the body's energy switches.
