What is the Cost of Your Rage?

He just had a daughter and he aims to be a better father…

Many of them have physically abuse their spouses, some their children, some even strangers, so much so that they have brushes with the law.

Sometimes I wonder why it takes so long and so painful a journey before they finally decided to take that step to resolve their rage issues.

One client reveals privately to me that he wishes that he should have sought us out years ago. He realized for the first time how much his wife has suffered under him, and all he wanted to do was to make up to her.

So what is the cost of your anger and rage?
